This usually means a semi custom rifle, usable for either target or sporting use.
The two main actions I use are Remington 700 and Tikka T3.
I always have Donor actions in stock to build on, along with a good selection of stocks, and aftermarket goodies.
These rifles are very popular indeed, as they don’t cost the same as a full blown custom gun, yet offer an awful lot more, than a standard factory rifle.

This is a one stop custom shop, where Rifles are built and finished completely in-house, only leaving when I personally take them to the Birmingham proof house for testing.
I build rifles for all disciplines, including Sporting , Tactical, F class/benchrest, etc.
Holding a large stock of Actions, barrels, stocks, allows quick turnaround of Rifles, and simple re barrels. I visit the proof house every fortnight, to pick up and drop off customers rifles.
